Physical Therapy Programs

Here at Premier Physical Therapy, we have several physical therapy programs that we’re proud to offer our patients. While several of our programs are aimed at those in need of rehabilitation or injury management, we also have more general weight loss and athletic programs.

As you continue reading, you’ll learn about each of our physical therapy programs and discover which one may be right for you:

Work Injury Management: Work-related injuries have no age or job restriction. From the young office worker with carpal tunnel syndrome to the middle aged Contractor with a serious spinal injury, one thing remains the same – at Premier Physical Therapy, you’ll always get personal treatment. We’ll work with you and your employer and/or insurance company to develop a rehabilitation strategy aimed at full and fast recovery. Weight Loss and Management: Whether you want to lose weight for health or appearance reasons, we can help you. The first step is always assessment… We’ll figure out where you’re at physically and what it will take to meet your weight loss goals. Then, we’ll give you a personalized weight-loss regimen including both diet and exercise. Struggled to keep up with diet and exercise before? Don’t worry – You’ll have your own physical therapist in your corner, always rooting for you. We’re happy to help keep you accountable so that you actually meet your weight loss goals.

Run Right & Marathon Prep: We see an astonishing number of runners who unknowingly set themselves up for injury. Running with bad technique or crummy shoes is a good way to develop serious tendon problems. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve your game, or an Average Joe looking to develop a healthy habit, we’ll help you perfect your stride and train safely and effectively.

Medicare Cap Program

If you have reached your annual Medicare therapy cap, but you and your therapist both agree that continued therapy would be of benefit, you may continue with therapy for $40 per session.  This allows you to continue to receive one-on-one care to help progress toward your goals in a very affordable manner.

Independent Exercise Program

If you have met your therapy goals and your therapist has determined that you are capable of safely working on your own, you have the option to transition to the Independent Exercise Program.  With this program you will meet with the therapist every 1-2 weeks and then have access to the Premier facilities to exercise on your own twice per week (this includes access to 30min pool times.)  This program allows you on-going access to your therapist for in-put about how to progress to the next level, verify correct exercise form, answer questions about your fitness goals, etc. Ask us about Independent Exercise Program if you’d like to learn more.
