How Do We Prevent Falls In The Elderly??? Wait for it…Exercise!!!

A recent meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials, or a summary of a lot of other good research, looked at what worked best to prevent falls in the elderly population. There conclusion was that, "There is consistent evidence that exercise and individually tailored muti-factorial interventions are effective in reducing falls".
