He is a pilot and a skydiving coach with over 500 jumps and is successful most of the time. “Text Neck”: An Increasing Diagnosis

"Text Neck" is becoming an increasing cause of neck pain as we become more dependent on our mobile devices. A recent study in the journal of Neuro and Spine Surgery looked at the forces placed on the cervical spine at varying "texting" postures.
