Not all exercises are created equal. Depending on your level of intensity and type of exercise this could effect how many calories you are burning and overall weight loss. The attached table shows estimates of caloric burn during an hour of each activity (of course this varies between skill level, intensity, and body weight/type). It’s not an exact science, but it’s helpful to have a guide handy to get a better estimate on how many calories you have burned or need to burn to meet your goal.
